BABIP was the lowest in baseball last year. If he hits .240 or .250 and plays all year he'll hit 30 homers in his sleep.
I've studied Bruce pretty well. He's going to hit 40 home runs in 2011 and be steady around 35-40 for a decade. A special talent. Plays the game the right way.
Ray here-I would. He's on the cusp of several 30 HR seasons.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I am trying to think of the expected pay-off.
ReplyDeleteIf he breaks out and hits 30 HR, then he is good to go at $20.
If he hits .220 again, not so.
Ray here-without checking, wasn't his BABIP pretty low?
