Fantasy Baseball 2010 Bust
Boston Red Sox LF Jacoby Ellsbury. He cannot go anywhere but down following a Jose Reyes peak season.

really, a guy who had a 770 OPS at age 25 has peaked? one of his top comparables on B-R.com is Shannon Stewart who put up better numbers for 5 years after his age 25 season. now, Stewart's SB numbers went down considerably (so I can see where your argument makes more sense in a fantasy context), but his overall offensive numbers continued to rise.
Fantasy Alpha is a fantasy baseball and football focused site with an emphasis given to AL- and NL-only and PPR formats - unless it isn't.
At Fake Teams, I wrote much more detailed posts. At Fantasy Alpha, I am writing much shorter ones in the hope you will post a comment. After doing so, I will elaborate more if necessary.

From a fantasy perspective, expecting an improvement on a .301 AVG and 70 stolen bases is unrealistic. He can only disappoint.
As for whether he can improve a 770 OPS without legitimate HR power at age of 26 having never had it before, I'd answer he cannot.
I can't see him improving the OPS in a fantasy meaningful way (read: With HRs and not AVG).
