On Bye: Cincinnati Bengals, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Redskins
WR is the most obvious place to target on the waiver wire as early as possible, but the true alpha play is pre-empting the TE pool. The position has been extremely disappointing with little production available in the pool. With three #1 TEs on bye, those owners will be compelled to start the dregs of the position if you have the ability to grab the top options.
