I just traded Carolina Panthers WR Steve Smith for Cincinnati Bengals Rb Cedric Benson. Smith was a 2nd round selection and places the ex-Bear solidly in that area of value.
Hey, wasn't RB Thomas Jones a flop RB in Chicago?

is he valued for a steve smith because you said so? are you feeling a little scared?
sounds like your justifying that you lost a top 5 WR, when RBs are heavy and WRs are few and far between... good luck findin anotha WR. it's only week 4.
FWIW, Benson is right there with Ryan Grant in value.
There are very serious questions whether the Carolina Steve Smith is a Top 5 WR. Very serious.
Surprising you don't see that.
i think benson is fantasic. he was a sleeper pick mos def. but it is only week 4. lots of football left. i would have made that trade for smith. just more options on the wavier wire for RB s. i'm just sayin is all. week 4.
Probably why the offer was acceptable so quickly despite Smith being on a bye and Benson having a great match-up against Cleveland.
