Jose Reyes stole his 63rd base yesterday. ESPN projects his 2007 season at 12/64/.303/84 with a .377 OBP. Would his 2008 draft value increase from mid 1st round to Top 3 based on this? Does Albert Pujols "down year" (37/103/.321/3 projected) make it easier?
