I'd take Tulowitzki over Jeter. But I am wondering about when to take the plunge on Reyes. Isn't Jeter a safer pick?

Ray here-yes, Jeter is safer than Reyes imo. And yes, I take Tulo, who I was wrong about coming into the '09 season.
As long as there isn't a permanent loss of speed from Reyes, I think he can match Jeter's SB in a partial season. The question are the other counting stats.
With the new Yankees Stadium perfectly matched to Jeter's power and Citifield still percevied as a HR killer, I think Jeter would outproduce across the other four cats even if Reyes played a full season. They'd be close in Runs and RBI though.
