Worst Pass Defenses Start/Sit

Thanks to the bye weeks, I am going to be starting Mike Sims-Walker against the Tennessee Titans pass defense. Despite the first three games, I am still having a hard time believing the Titans can be so bad against the pass.

As for the other start decisions, Lee Evans and Terrell Owens need to have big games against the same team the Colts and Chargers torched through the air. The bye weeks offer the perfect scenario to get both in.
