Before everyone jumps on the Carlos Quentin Sleeper bandwagon, remember he had surgery for torn shoulder muscles. While it isn't his throwing arm, he is a right-handed batter. The left arm is his front shoulder when he hits.
This could be 2008 version of JD Drew and Mark teahen, two hitters who grossly under-performed their power expectations after shoulder surgery.
