As far as Jamal Lewis and the Cleveland Browns are concerned, 30 is the new 20 - cleveland.com:
"...rookie James Davis, Lewis' understudy, has been one of the surprises of camp. Davis' young and eager legs have magnified Lewis' age. Lewis looks slow and tentative as he hits a hole, goes the refrain."
Perception is one thing. As pointed out in the article, head coach Eric Mangini had no problem feeding the 30+ year old Thomas Jones last season with the Jets.
Viewing my own rankings, I'd move Davis into the 3rd or 4th Bench spot to draft.
