If Ray Rice is going to sit on the bench because you have two better RBs starting, I can see Bradshaw as a higher upside pick. Jacobs can't catch and does miss a handful of games each year.

Ray Rice - he's guaranteed to start from day 1 while Bradshaw is a change-of-pace or injury handcuff for Brandon Jacobs.
